Managed to get a view of the nest adult free. At least 2 chicks think just the two. One much bigger than the other. Not a great view as camera getting old. Here is the best clip.

Out all morning. During the afternoon while watching rugby managed to film a change over in the bedroom nest. Clip clearly shows at least 2 chicks doing well.

Was watching this evening when a change over happened. The new adult fed what I am almost sure were 2 chicks. Will try to look more often to check the number of chicks.

Just had a great swift day. This morning had 8 swifts screaming round the house. At the same time one on the bedroom nest so at least 9 locally. This is before the second wave so great news. Looking at the chimney nest with the camera that doesn’t move saw the tips of wings so that nest is active. Then the bedroom nest swifts left together as there are 2 eggs and 1 very small chick.

Out all day but just before I left saw this. Adult feeding a chick with another chick poking out. Very hard to see. May have to magnify the clip.

Managed to get a glimpse of the nest this morning as the adult was moving. There are 3 eggs on the nest. This morning while one was on the nest there were 6 flying round the house. Just got a clip soon after one returned to the nest so at least some movement. I note that a couple of people are following me. Would be lovely to know who you are so please leave a message. Thanks.

Still nothing to report. Been busy away from the house so not much time looking at cameras. Still one adult on the nest all day and both at night. Short clip from today.

Nothing to add to the story. Every time I look one of the adults is sitting on the nest. Not seen the eggs this week. Short clip showing the above.

Been away for a couple of days grand child minding. All day today at least one swift on the bedroom nest so no view of the eggs. I have a camera that doesn’t move any more some distance from the chimney nest and saw a swift at that nest.
